The communication of the above mentioned data is a necessary requirement for the achievement of the purposes referred to in point 1), whereby the non-communication or the lack of consent to the treatment involve the impossibility to proceed and send communications about our products and the world of Italian and international design.

The communication of this data is optional and does not affect in any way the possibility of receiving the required documentation.

Your data will be shared, upon your consent, with our service providers in the extent strictly necessary to allow the sending of communications related to our products.
We exclude the transfer of your data outside the European Economic Area..

Your data will be treated until your consent lasts.

What are your rights and how you can exercise them
You have the right to obtain, at any times and in a totally free way, access to your personal data, their rectification or cancellation if they are treated in a manner not in accordance with the current standards or the limitation of their treatment. Being simple personal and contact data, there is no possibility of receiving your data in structured and standard format.

Right to revoke the consent
We inform that you have the right to deny the consent to the continuation of treatment at any times, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatments already carried out before your revocation.

Automated decision-making process and profiling
Your personal data will not be subjected to treatments based on an automated decision-making process. They will therefore not be used for profiling processes.
