Aurora

 1994
M164

Aurora is born from the meeting of metal and Murano glass, shaping a decorative handle with strong visual impact. The material contrast creates reflections and depth that evoke a refined aesthetic, able to sit between classic and contemporary. The lever keeps a constant focus on ergonomics, ensuring a balanced grip despite the formal refinement. It is a handle designed for representative interiors, where the detail becomes a distinctive element of the project.

Aurora,
 1994

The idea of a handle that would enclose the magic of glass was born from a conversation with Alessandro Mendini. He immediately had the intuition of a transparent drop of glass integrated into or emerging from the metal, and thus also the idea of the shape.
