The ABC door handle, designed by Rem Koolhaas, was born as a reflection on the relationship between gesture, function and architecture. Reduced to its formal essence, ABC interprets the design handle as a primary and recognisable element, where geometry becomes a language. The project develops through clear and archetypal signs, transforming the internal door handle into a conceptual device capable of dialoguing with contemporary spaces. ABC expresses an idea of timeless design, where simplicity and rigour coexist in balance. Rem Koolhaas
