Luigi Caccia Dominioni, 1975

A genius at designing buildings and also at conceiving small but important objects like handles, Luigi Caccia Dominioni designed three models for Olivari.

Two of these, Saint Roman and Montecarlo, appear in the Residence du Parc S. Roman in Montecarlo, built between 1975 and 1982 by Caccia Dominioni himself.

Proudly independent of the Italian architectural panorama, Caccia Dominioni designs several residential buildings in Milan, from the house in Piazza Sant’Ambrogio (1947) to one in Piazza Carbonari (1961). These manage to intertwine modern architecture with affection for tradition.
